Camperdown Cruise Rockabilly Weekender 2012.

Yep it's that time of the year again!
Time for the sleepy old south-western town of Camperdown in Victoria to come alive with the sights and sounds of the 50's.
The Music, cars and of course the dolled-up ladies and dapper gents!
Is the Camperdown Cruise Rockabilly Weekender the premier event on the rockabilly calendar, simple answer is, yes it is! Why?
Because promoter Arthur "Rockabilly King" Matsakos sets himself a mission each and every year, that is to make the next years event bigger and better than the last securing international acts at the last two events I guess you could say, so far, so good!
From an event that started life as a one day BBQ with Hot Rods, Kustoms and maybe a band or two at Arthurs old workshop, it has now turned into a three-day weekend of all things Rockabilly and Kustom Kulture not only taking over the town of Camperdown but many other towns in the district as punters search far and wide for accommodation for this cracking weekend.
For those that have not been to this event and have been wondering if it's worth it, let me tell you, it's worth it and more!
Anywho, enough from me, I hope you enjoy what I managed to capture from the weekend!

Enjoy.
